An excellent buying experience
Customer service was very helpful, efficient, and courteous. My original order was destroyed in shipping and a replacement was sent by expedited UPS, so that I received the replacement quickly and in good shape.
I was, of course, credited with the cost of the damaged adaptor without question.

Sent me the Adaptor for a MINI Drive
They sent me the adaptor for a G-Drive Mini which does not fit my 2 TB G-Drive. I contacted them 6 days ago about it and they still haven't sent me the right one.
