About Gitzo GH2750QR

Gitzo revisited the classic G1276M in a completely revisited version. Its look and the design of the high quality magnesium out shell are unchanged, but the internal components and mechanisms have been completely reengineered. The weight has been reduced by 15-17% and new Gitzo technologies have been introduced.

As one of the new range of Gitzo Off Center ball heads, thanks to its unique design, it allows unsurpassed positioning freedom by offering a range of movement impossible with conventional heads.

Superb Equipment

This is a superb piece of equipment - well-designed and constructed. Operation, whether panning or tilting, is extremely smooth. The quick-release mechanism is excellent.

Heavy means safe!

It feels like heavier than my GT2531, but it also feeling safe to use it. And I likes the G-lock design, good buy

Not a bad ball head.

from KY  -  Photo Enthusiast

I bought this head after watching Adorama's video on youtube. This head is great for macro but I wanted the Gitzo aluminum 2220 tripod too. This tripod and head is a good combo. But at the time I wanted a heavier tripod. I still might get the tripod later. I have a little trouble with my 30D and 100-400 attached to it. It has trouble holding the weight. But it does great with my other lenses. You might want to get a hot shoe leveler. I had trouble getting my shots level, since the head is off center mount. So a hot shoe level will help.
