Good Gitzo case
Padded with slim zippered pocket inside for small accessories and there is enough space to accomodate a Gitzo ballhead (separate within its own case). Bonus for people with paraspinal muscle problems: a hollow Triggerpoint roller will also fit snugly inside the case.

Nice bag with a marque-up.
The Gitzo GC3101 is a nice bag, to be sure. The materials and aesthetics are top-notch and effectively conveys its premium standing. However, it is merely a well-made bag among other well-made bags (my Manfrotto MBAG75PN, notably). That said, if you have a Gitzo... there isn't really much of a choice, is there?
(No, I'm not going to put my Gitzo in a Manfrotto or Ruggard bag.)
It fits my Gitzo GT2540EX Explorer w/Acratech Ultimate GP head with 2 inches of length to spare. I probably would have opted for a GC2101 bag (i.e. one tripod size smaller) had that existed.

Great Bag
Great bag. My Gitzo Mountaineer II fits just right. Well balanced and padded well for protection. On the minus side, it's expensive, though that's Gitzo, Not Adorama. I always get great service from Adorama. That's why I keep coming back.

Essential Padded Tripod Bag
Gitzo's padded tripod bag fits really well and protects the tripod during transport. I've had other bags over the years, however since the Gitzo arrived, I'm upgrading all of my tripod bags to the Gitzo padded version (in. a variety of sizes)
