The Hamilton Buhl LCP/MV8920/HA2V 8-User Portable Boombox Listening Center provides you with a terrific way for up to 8 users to enjoy audio and video for group learning. The system includes an MV-8920 boombox, 8 sets of HA2V headphones, an 8-user jackbox and a durable plastic carrying case. The MV-8920 boombox features a 7" widescreen LCD display, a fully featured DVD/CD player, 2 microphone inputs, 2 full range speakers, a USB port and a built-in AM/FM radio tuner. It has digital audio output and an RCA video output, allowing you to connect to a television or projector for larger-scale applications. It can operate on AC power or on 8 "C" size batteries for terrific versatility. It also comes with a wireless remote for convenient control.

Each set of HA2V headphones has 40 mm cobalt drivers to provide quality audio. They also have Hamilton's exclusive patented ASM technology, allowing the headphones to automatically detect whether they are plugged into a mono or stereo audio source. This lets you plug into any piece of audio equipment without worrying about damaging ears or equipment. The headphones have a standard 3.5 mm mini plug and a 1/4" adapter for use with all types of audio gear. The headphones have an adjustable headband to fit any head size and the foam ear cushions provide comfortable listening. The single-sided cable minimizes tangles and has an inline volume control for making quick adjustments. Each set has its own heavy-duty re-sealable bag, which kills lice without chemicals in 24-48 hours. The bags can be written on for easy identification.

The jackbox is a compact unit that connects to the headphone jack of the boombox. It then splits the audio signal to the 8 individual 1/4" headphone jacks, each of which has its own volume control. The durable plastic storage case has enough room to safely store all of the components of the listening system. It has a toolbox-style design with secure clasps to prevent accidental opening. There is also a padlock hole, so you can add a lock to prevent unauthorized access. A folding handle on the top of the box provides convenient portability.
