***Update from 12-2009*** Soon after my review here, and after getting no help from Hensel's U.S. customer service rep., I contacted Hensel's only authorized service & repair company (Danielle Inc.,NY) I was given real options to have my Integra's upgraded to the faster and more controllable "Strobe wizard plus", on-board radios, in a week they were back in my hands. They have worked perfectly ever since, They are a real joy to use the quality is Top Notch. Once I was reassured that Hensel has the customers U.S.service needs handled through Danielle Inc. in New York, I added two more Integra Pro Plus units and the fantastic Hensel Porty Premium plus battery powered pack and heads.

Hensel released PLUS series in 2006 with flash sync only usable at 1/125 !!! They upgraded in 2008, and if you already owned previous Hensel's they are useless/incompatible with NEW PLUS SERIES!!! Same style, Same name,= TRASH. Lights are built great, but Hensel's East German Customer Consideration should be in your purchase decision. Buy Non-Plus units and PW's and add to your studio as you like.

High quality product! Great Value. They are built like tanks and are extremely durable but the price you pay for that is in their weight. If you don't plan on taking them on-site and keep only have to move them around a studio you've got it made. Thus far, I have not had any problems. I would highly recommend this product!

The Hensel Integra 250 W/s Plus Freemask Monolight provides the control and power photographers require, whether it's commercial, portrait, wedding, or industrial photography. Virtually anywhere in the world the work takes you, you'll be able to use this multi-voltage monolight by simply changing the modeling light and plug adapter (both available separately).
This Integra Plus 250 W/s head offers a six f/stop range, down to 1/32 power, which makes it perfect for exacting digital camera work. Recycle time is a lightning-fast 1.3 seconds at full power with the short flash durations necessary for stopping action. The head also features a built-in, 4-channel Hensel radio slave receiver, compatible with the Hensel's radio and Freemask transmitters (available separately). This built-in Freemask technology is used like chroma keying to create composite images. Used with the required, optional Freemask transmitter, the head automatically varies the flash output in sequential exposures to create a mask.
