Today's digital photography demands higher resolution, less noise, and improved composition, all of which the Ixpress CF132 backs provide.
Optimum portability and image storage are critical for the professional photographer and the Ixpress CF132 backs let you be as flexible as you need to be, enabling you to choose freely between portable CF card storage, flexible Firewire drives, or tethered operation with extended, special capture controls. With these three options, you can choose an operating and storage mode to suit the nature of the work at hand, whether in the studio or on location.
In a studio environment you can increase the color resolution of your captures by means of a unique multiple-exposure technique controlled by the 4*Res module (patent pending). The result is maximum resolution and absolutely moire free images. The Ixpress
CF 132 can be upgraded with the 4*Res module.
The Ixpress CF132 is easily attached with a simple 4-screw attached plate to most of the professional SLR and View Cameras of the market. This simple compatibility allows you to bring optimal digital capture to your existing cameras and lenses and with the convenience of only using one digital back.
The DNG file format enables raw, compressed image files to be opened directly in Adobe PhotoShop, allowing you to operate quickly and efficiently, reducing the "downtime" usually taken to process image data, and enabling final images to reach customers more quickly. For specialist commercial photographers, the full productivity and creative freedom offered by Hasselblad's FlexColor workflow software is also available when importing the DNG file.
Hasselblad has introduced Instant Approval Architecture (IAA), an enhanced set of feedback tools, designed to allow you to focus on the shooting rather than the selection process. IAA triggers audible and visible signals for each image captured, immediately telling you whether the image has an approved, rejected, or borderline status.
Hasselblad has developed a powerful new color engine in its FlexColor workflow software. FlexColor enables you to create an image processing workflow that gives you the highest degree of control for your studio photography. FlexColor uses the raw DNG files generated by the Ixpress CF and runs on both Macintosh and Windows computers. The software is licensed to allow you to provide free copies for all your co-workers and production partners.
