Seems like a good combo

Took a while to figure out how to fold the knife (press the cocked metal strip inside the slot to the left). The seatbelt cutter is the small inset blade at the tip of the handle. Hope it would cut fast enough in an emergency. The flashlight seems bright, would be good for a glove compartment. Bought this for less elsewhere.
