Flashpoint Camera Battery for Nikon EN-EL14

Bought a Flashpoint battery as a backup for my Nikon P7800. It wouldn't charge. Sent it back and got a second battery. It would charge, but wouldn't power the camera. Area camera dealers tell me bargain, after-market batteries do not seem to work in this camera. Now must send this one back. I've purchased a Nikon battery for this camera and it works fine. I've spent the difference in price on postage returning non-functioning batteries! No savings there!

This battery simply didn't work. Wouldn't take a charge. Had to send it back. It might be worth the extra for a Nikon battery.

Charged with the Nikon charger but when installed, the D3200 camera says 'this battery cannot be used. choose battery designated for use in this camera.'

So far the battery holds and charge well and the construction is up to par with the original equipment.

Bought 2 of these to go into a clone battery holder for a Nikon D3200 camera. Had read that there were problems with non-Nikon batteries being used in the holder. So bought 2 to use. 1 wouldnt charge after a month and they weren't even used heavily. It was replaced without question and very quickly.

I was a bit concerned about purchasing a off brand battery, but the two I ordered keep a charge well in my d5100. When ordering, I do not recall if it said it was decoded, but when I called I was able to confirm that it was in fact decoded. I felt like it was a pretty good value all things considered

It is a fraction of the cost of Nikon batterries and they work just as well. I got the same longevity from these batteries as I did from more expensive batteries.

I was happy with the backup battery. Half the cost of an OEM Nikon batteries. It works in my my D5200, and compatible with my existing Nikon charger, also the battery life was consistent. I am delighted to have a source for lower cost batteries for my Nikon!

The charge life is as good or better than the battery that comes with the camera. Takes a charge quickly. Working in the desert of west Texas is hard on batteries and I have seen no ill effects of the life span. The camera is carried in a side car and is jolted on rough dirt roads and trails with no problems.
