Great printer for the value. Adorama beat local retailers by almost 40% on this product. I was looking for a printer that could print envelopes (# 9,window) without burning the cellophane. Adorama and Cannon came through here. Highly Recommend!
The first one was DOA but Canon took care of it. They shipped me a new one. After that it was clear sailing. The reason I bought this printer was the large format. It prints 13 x 19 very well
I gave it away.
I bought this for my office, I am networked to a color laser but needed something that could do 11x17 and preferred to have a printer that could auto duplex. I was also looking to avoid HP as that was what I was replacing this with and I was tired of over-paying for ink cartridges and heads. So far I'm really pleased with my choice (it's been only 2 weeks). The ink cartridges are a fraction of the cost of my HP. I think my only dissatisfaction would come from the awkward design of the paper tray, the cover just kind of sets in so in the moment of "half way through a job and you need to add paper as you are already five minutes late to the meeting" it can be frustrating. Although, I could see over time adjusting to this nuance as well. Anyway, I'm super glad with my choice.
