I have had this machine for several years. it prints document well for a home office and the photo printing is very good, as well as the scanning. INk cartridges are ridiculously expensive and are a real drawback. But compares to an Epson home printer and even a commercial print job for photos, this machine is easy to operate and gives nice results.

I have had this printer for about 1 year it works great still. Duplex printing work's great. Print color picture that look great. I do it all from my phone with the Canon print app.

We purchased this printer with the hopes of having a wireless printer that we could print documents from. I am pretty sure that we have spent more time trying to trouble shoot this thing for no connection than we have actually been connected. While the printer is pretty user friendly, keeping it online to be able to utilize it's wireless capability is definitely not.

I got this printer to print items for my wedding - I was able to easily print wirelessly from Mac and Windows printers and at different home wireless networks; I printed on plain paper, cardstock and even vellum! Everything turned out wonderfully. My sister and sister-in-law have since used the printer for their respective weddings!

I bought a MG7120 a little over a year ago, and was reasonably happy with it for several months, then it just stopped printing. it still goes through the motions but only expells blank pages. The DIY help tools are useless on their web site. I guess I don't have one of the dozen or so problems they care to address.

I bought it over a year ago and I still have not found an alternative cd design program that is compatible with it. Limited templates and maneuverability with the software that comes with it. It's the only reason I bought it, barely print things from it. Agitated.

Bought this product about a year ago. The ink literally evaporates away in a short time. You constantly have to replace the tanks. I have not made ONE COLOR PRINT in all this time. MY previous HP printer outputted dozens of immaculate full color prints of my detailed art work until it finally broke down after 5 years constant use. I replaced the color cartridges in this awful device and the very next day the supply level was already down - and I have not used it ONCE! I am going to trade it in as soon as I can. Canon makes great cameras but they should get out of the printer business as soon as possible.

Purchased in June stopped working this date 12-6-15. Unable to resolve the issue. the computer just stopped (wireless) to the printer. The wireless was connected but could not clear the error message.

There are not words in the dictionary to describe my hatred of this printer. It's only good for one use and then you should just toss it once the ink runs out. Finding replacements is impossible. Then, when I did find a replacement pack it did not have the GY cartridge. The printer will not print anything without it - not even a black and while text. Do not waste your money or time or energy.

Is there any way possible to get this very cool-looking all in one printer to PRINT? Wirelessly or non. I am sure it is a small problem but NO ONE HAS THUS FAR SOLVED IT, certainly not me and certainly not anyone at Canon. WHY? WHY?
