I have two and they are my go to brand and size. No complaints!

No problems.

from Malakoff TX  -  Photo Enthusiast

I have never had a problem with a scan disk product. It is all that I use. My Africa pictures came back 100%.

Tried the rest; these are best

from Corpus Christi, TX  -  Professional

We shoot photos for publication; we've had breakage and realiability problems with other SD cards, but never with the SanDisk. As we've moved to shooting more Camera RAW, the 8GB have become our card of choice, able to hold a long day of shooting with room to spare.

Excellent memory card

from Spokane, WA  -  Casual User

Works great as a bootable disk image for the Raspberry Pi computer.

I would buy this product again

from Alex. City, Al.  -  Casual User

These are great SD cards and I've never had a problem with them. I have several. These were at a great price too!

Questions & Answers Powered by TurnTo®

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Are these brand new or refurbished or sold from returns, etc ?
TIMOTHY O  As far as I could tell, they were brand new
Shopper  How many pictures will this card hold?
DWIGHT J  How many pictures that an 8 GB SDHS can hold depends on how you have set up your camera . The 8 GB card can hold about 60,000 low quality Jpeg files (pictures ) or 1,480 high quality 16 MB Jpeg files. Your camera manual should have a chart in it which illustrates capacity for various settings and file types. For most casual photographers who store pictures online or in a computer the GB is more than enough especially if you edit out bad or duplicative pictures as you go.
Shopper  need help with camera installation. Camera instructions say to check the write-protection tab. what am I checking for?
OCTAVIO F  Looking at the card with the label facing you, there is a small gray tab in a notch on the left. Normal (read/write) position is the tab "up" - towards the top of the card (end with the electronic conections). Slide it down, and it makes the card 'read only.'

With the advent of DSLR shooting, workflows experienced two major drawbacks when compared to traditional camcorders. One is the form factor: while DSLRs are generally light enough to hold up for an extended amount of time, to truly make one ergonomic enough to shoot with all day.
