After trying two other SSDs from different manufactures, I was having problems with dropped frames on my Blackmagic Cinema Camera EF, some users at Blackmagic blogs recommended SanDisk SSD. I bought two and I have 100% video acquisition in 1080p HD.

great so far.

Installed on a new built computer and it is speedy like advertised. Only used it for a week though.

Great Drive!

This drive was a great buy! I bought 2 of them. Easily updated firmware as soon as I got them with the Updater on Sandisk site. Outperforms my OCZ Vertex 3. Don't think I'll ever go back to standard hard drives for OS drives again. Just as storage. Using one of these with a Rosewill RX-C202 dual 2.5" in a 3.5" bay hot swap bay. LOVE IT! When I leave my work PC, the drive pops out and comes with me. No one using the pc when im gone. Total peace of mind keeping everything secure when your away. Wish they were higher capacity for the cost, but this will soon come. Couldn't be happier with purchase! I ordered at 8:30PM and Adorama had it on my doorstep at 3:00PM the next day!

Great Product!

This brand has proven time and time again of its quality and reliability. It has been the only ssd I know of to work reliability and easily with both windows and home built macintosh computers. This versatility makes the most valuable SSD drive on the market for the price.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Does anyone know if this will fit a Vostro V13? is it the slim design?
Shopper  Is there a way I can connect and use this SSD hard drive through my LAPTOP USB Ports. I already have a 180 GB SSD in my laptop and I want to increase its capacity without compromising on speed?
SON H  Yes, you can but there is a limitation to it if you can buy this from ebay. I dont know if there is USB 3.0 for this yet!
Shopper  I'm planning to install this on Lenovo W530 laptop. Do I need to buy a rubber rail to fit it in the main hard drive bay?
MIKE K  I do not know the exact configuration for a Lenovo W530 laptop. However, the SanDisk Extreme SSD is designed to fit in a standard 2.5-inch form factor HD space. You should be able to remove the existing HD from the Lenovo laptop, and transfer any hardware brackets, etc. that are currently attached to that HD to the new SSD drive. You can then install the SSD into the slot where the HD was removed from.
