Check your camera speed first

Good card, but somewhat outdated now with UHS-I cards available at reasonable prices. I have three of these cards in different capactiies; the 4, 8, and 16GB versions. I don't often use the 4GB anymore, but the 8 and 16 seem to have the same performance as far as I can tell. Curiously, these cards will record 1080i video with no issues in my Canon camcorder, but can't keep up with my Nikon D5100 in continuous shooting mode (4 photos/second) for more the 5-6 photos. It is fast enough to keep up with my Nikon D40 (1.5 photos/second), however. If you don't need UHS-I speeds this is an excellent choice.

The SanDisk 8 GB, Extreme III Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) Memory Card has met or exceeded my highest expectations. My friend who recently earned his college degree in photography and is now a successful pro, recommended I order this high capacity Class 10 memory card. My SanDisk 8 GB, Extreme III Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) Memory Card optimizes the High Definition Video capabilities of my Canon T2i and provides a great platform for both in camera use and long term backup storage for my images.

I make photographs every day for a blog. The card gets used more than a dozen times a day and doesn't let me down. Quick and reliable. I've been using SanDisk for years.

Great cards!

I got a set of two for use in my D7000. These are the only brand (Sandisk) that I use as they have never given me problems in any of my Nikons. Adorama has very good pricing and are always great to deal with. What more could you want?

This was a great value even when I got it. The deal now is even better. Works every time with multiple formats per week for almost 2 years.
