Fujifilm LC-X100 Leather Case for Finepix X100 Digital Camera - Black

I bought this case mostly because of the bottom part, I'm a tall guy with average sized hands, and wanted a better grip for my X100. This case was perfect; the leather feels nice, and the bump on the hand side give just enough grip and protection for the camera. The top part is useless since it won't close shut with my UV filter on it and it doesn't look that great, it just adds bulk in my opinion, maybe to store it in a travel bag... but still. A regular lens cap and the bottom part should do the job. Now the strap is completely useless. The lighter parts where they connect to the camera rings are made of a very fragile and light fabric, not fragile enough to rip apart, but enough to twist and feel terrible. The neck part is great and sturdy, seems like a design failure. I'm way better off with my Domke strap. (don't know if they updated the strap since I bought it, so it's worth checking it out.) I'd definitely recommend buying it for the grip and bottom plate protection, it's worth the price alone.
