The Iogear 2-Port HD Cable KVM Switch with Audio allows you to control 2 computers / HD devices using a single keyboard, USB mouse and high definition monitor or HDTV. Perfect for multimedia applications, the switch supports dual monitor configurations, an integrated 2-port USB 2.0 hub, 1HDMI port and audio switching.
Offering a high resolution of 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz with full 1080p, the KVM Switch supports gaming consoles like PS3. Hotkey switching allows independent KVM and audio switching between computers. Re-programmable hotkey activation for keyboards is possible without a scroll lock key. You can experience the 2.1 stereo sound with the digital audio and microphone support. The Dynasync feature with EDID support for Windows 7 reads and remembers the monitor's parameters so that there is no delay or change of video resolution when switching between, or booting computers.
Complete keyboard and USB mouse emulation is possible for error-free booting and instantaneous recognition when switching computers. With the power-on detection, you can automatically switch to the next powered-on computer if the first computer is powered off. The KVMP Switch is also compatible with the MAC / Sun keyboard and special keys.
It supports a multi-platform OS including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X, Sun Solaris and Linux. Being HDCP compliant, the switch is also firmware upgradeable.
