The iHome iD28 App-Enhanced Portable Alarm Clock Radio for iPad, iPhone & iPod has a modern aesthetic, highlighted by a travel-ready retractable iPad/iPhone/iPod dock and six-driver stereo speaker system. The iD28 also features a single alarm clock that can be set for every day, weekday and weekend use. The waking/sleeping alarm audio source can be an iPad, iPhone, dockable iPod, custom playlist, FM radio, buzzer or even a custom app alarm source available through the free iHome+Sleep app and the paid iHome+Radio app. The iD28 is also equipped with an adjustable sleep timer that uses a separate volume control.

Besides the retractable iPad/iPhone/iPod dock, the iD28 has an FM radio with six station-presets and a 3.5 mm line-in jack for connecting auxiliary audio sources like portable CD players, laptops and alternate MP3 players. The iD28 speaker system uses six stereo drivers to achieve a full, rich sound. The front panel features four active drivers and the back panel features two passive drivers. Adding an extra boost to the overall sound, the SRS TruBass technology uses bass expansion circuitry to achieve better bass response.

The iD28 is ready to hit the road. The dock retracts for packing and travel and a fold-out stand supports the unit at a perfect angle for viewing videos on your iPad/iPhone/iPod. It includes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that can support 10 hrs of music in any location.
