Works great in my older printer.
My order came as promised! Was glad to find the ink cartridge for my older printer. Good prices, good service.

Hard to find...
I needed a ink cartridges for an old HP printer that still works well. They didn't have what I needed at Office Depot and when I ordered from amazon I got some kind of used/refilled cartridges and sent them back. So I ordered from HP and was able to get new cartridges. My only criticism is that the expiration date for the color cartridge is only 8 months away. So I wonder if they have stopped making these and are just selling the old cartridges.

Terrible Quality Control
I purchased 9 HP 41 cartridges in a two week period that did not work. Three of them directly from HP online. The 10th cartridge I purchased from a reseller did work. While unbelievable that this many new cartridges would not print even one page after cleaning and priming, it is true and has nothing to do with my printer. I took all of the bad cartridges to a refilling station store, and none of them would work on their test workbench. None could be refilled to work either!
