I've been a HP customer for many years. Desktop, laptop and 2 printers. I have tried less expensive inks but the quality is just not there. With HP, I get consistent results and every document looks clean and crisp. I definitely recommend HP.

I bought the 7612 wide format printer a couple of months ago and I really love it. However, it uses up the yellow ink very quick. I noticed there was someone else that made the same comment. I do what I consider a lot of printing,but I don't feel I'm printing 330 pages to use up the yellow ink. It shows I'm using almost twice the yellow ink than all the other colors. I wish HP would make the standard cartridges to give more print outs for the money. Other than that I have no problems. The print outs are clear and dries fast. Have yet to try it on photo paper and when I do I will give an update. I would recommend anyone to stick with HP ink.

Yellow has been wearing out very fast when I purchase this particular product, 933. I had a different printer previously, using 932, and my experience with that was more positive. Also, recently, when I removed the yellow (brand new) and reinserted it, I was given a message "this is a used cartridge..." I had to throw it away. Thanks for the opportunity to report this experience. I hope that it can be resolved.

The cartridges are easy to install. However, I have several pages of just black, then black and a single color, before all cartridges are working and I have great resolution. I don't know if i'm not installing them properly or if my computer is not "priming" them well, but it is frustrating.

I'm wondering if there is a problem with my printer. I put in all new ink cartridges about 3 weeks ago. I have printed very little in color during those 3 weeks. Today I tried to print something in black and white and received the message that my yellow was out. I changed the yellow and the printer still wouldn't work.This time it told me my cyan was out. I changed it and finally was able to print my document. Your printer ink is too expensive for it to last such a short time.

This product last a very long time even when you print a lot of color pictures, or a lot of black and white forms and letters.

I have been a fan of HP products for a number of years when I was an active employee. Now that I am retired, I chose to continue the use of HP products. I especially am enjoying my printer with the upgraded functions. I love the clarity of the inks and the ease of replacing the depleted cartridges. I ordered my last ink on-line and received it the next day. That is a lot faster than getting me to a store! Thanks HP!

I find this to be a bargain and it really works well for me. I live in a small town and even the local Walmart does not beat this price. If you use these cartridges you cannot beat the value.
