I was very disappointed to find the expiration date was June 2021 a mere 6 months usage but no reduction in price! In the past when I have purchased cartridges they have had 2 years before expiration. I am not pleased to say the least!!

ordered this cartridge a couple of weeks ago. When I received it the expiration date on the cartridge they sent me is April of 2021. I received it around October 16th of 2020, which means in 6 months I'll be buying another cartridge because this one will be out of date. While I do recommend this product, it is not a very good practice to be selling cartridges online that are so close to their expiration date.

I bought 6 cartridges for my HP photosmart 3310 All in One printer. The TWO Light Cyanotype cartridges failed to work, one after the other. I also used the yellow cartridge and that worked fine. I seem to have no recourse to get my money back or get two blue cartridges that do work.

I' m 81 years old and was able to set up the printer with help from my wife in about 30 min. For that to happen, I'm astonished, surprised and very pleased. I thought I would probably have to pay a computer tech to do it for me. But no, this old man and woman did the impossible.

Although my HP printer still works fine, apparently it's old as the Play Station II because when I went to my local stores to find a replacement for an empty ink cartridge I was met with empty stares from the twenty something staff. They looked at me with dropped jaws as if I was asking them to show me where they kept the 8 Tracks. Feeling like a Rolling Stone fan who had shown up at an Inhaler concert I felt doomed. So I went home and logged onto the HP web site and found exactly what I needed for my printer, regardless of what a relic, museum piece it is.

I realize my HP printer is getting "old" however, it still performs everything I need it to and am very pleased that the ink for this printer is still available, especially as they are genuine HP ink cartridges and not "knock offs" which may damage my printer; in fact, I believe that it is exactly why my printer still is going strong after all these years, I've only used HP cartridge refills!

Every since I changed my black and magenta ink cartridges, My printer has been printing in green and yellow. The new cyan and magenta cartridges are single. This printer requires doubles. Printing Black and white comes out blank. It is an old printer, but was working fine until this last ink was received. Cannot really rate the light cyan as I cannot tell if it is actually working.

local stores don't carry 02 printer ink anymore. I thought that ordering from HP store would be the best. I called and told the lady I needed 02 cyan ink. She put me on hold for a short time and said she would send 02 light cyan ink. I told her I wanted cyan not light cyan. I received light cyan. I called HP, they wanted my credit card number again. By now this seven dollar purchase is a joke. I ordered the correct ink on e-bay and got the correct ink. I contacted my credit card and disputed HP's charge and was credited. That was the first time I have ever done that. I don't like to write bad reviews, but you asked.

Thic ink cartridge is not available in the larger sizes that the primary color inks are. They used to be available i the same larger size as the other inks. Also wonder why the light inks are not available at regular office supply stores only through HP. Why does HP constantly change the ink cartridge design for every new printer. The ink is good but the marketing strategy is exploitive and pricing exorbitant.
