This ink package has youner use date than the other ones I ordered? When I found the parcel on my porch it was 10 outside. Will being out in the cold affect the ink negativly?

I do not love the fact that as soon as the ink starts to get low...I receive a warning over and over and over again....continuously popping up it is really annoying...just send an e-mail please.

I ordered and received one magenta and one cyan cartridge. I am now receiving a message that the cyan cartridge is either missing or damaged. If I pull the cyan cartridge out and re-insert, I can print one or more pages. Once that print order is complete, the problem box comes up with the missing or damaged message!! I will be returning the cartridge for a replacement.
