Good Quality Ink

Faded red
Color is a faded red... almost pink. It does not replicate anything near a real red.

Shop for supplies prompt pointed to wrong product
My yellow cartridge ran out. An HP prompt popped up pointing me to on line shopping. It took me right to yellow cartridges. Unfortunately the wrong ones. Now I have $80 worth of cartridges I can't use. Yes I should have been more attentive. But if they are going to make simple make it work.

Happy with new cartridge
I learned the hard way that you DON'T want to buy knock-off cartridges (and print heads!). Genuine HP cartridges - from HP - are worth the extra money you pay up front. Lesson learned.

Next Day Shipping is Great
I never have problems with HP OEM cartridges. I tried the knockoffs but they have never worked right or gave me poor quality

hate that they expire and then you can't use
they should not have an expiration date that makes them un useable

9 Yrs of high quality print severice
I use exclusively HP ink for my HP printer. Always bright colors and crisp documents that are the same quality as the big printers at work. I love the shipping options. My Wife and I print lessons for our English conversation class for international Grad-students each week.

product and deliver was excellent
Could not use product as it does not work. All of a sudden it only prints magenta color and nothing else. I tried to clean / service printheads but no luck. Then I checked to buy new printheads - found HP does not carry anymore. Was referred to two private suppliers as HP can't help.

Great Product
I have been using this product ever since I got the Pro K550 and all my pictures and prints and cards come out wonderfully true to color. I highly recommend this product.
