Machine does not accept it, tells me cartridge is missing, Tried everything they say online to get printer to recognize a cartridge.

Ink cartridges ordered from HP website caused lots of problems. It?s crazy. So I installed the new inks then when I closed the door, got message to make sure paper was in tray so it could realign. What? This hasn?t happened before. So I said to myself, ?ooookay, do whatcha gotta do?. Well, alignment failed...several times. So, I thought ?let?s print with our new cartridges.? Well, not so much. First printing had streaks with some areas light print and others areas where like I decided to take up painting...like Jackson Pollock no 5, no more like Convergence. Not so good tat all. Have no idea what happened. I then decided to purchase another set of cartridges locally, I know what ur gonna say, wrong move, right? Well, u?d be right. Spent over 100 bucks, again and, u guest it, same thing but more like Pollock Number 17A. Next 2 prints were lighter versions of the artist and finally, nothing, nada, zippo. Have no clue what went down, except my printer of course. Well it?s old, abt 4 yrs. Wait, is that old? I think not. In all seriousness, I?m disappointed with the cartridges and what finally happened to my printer. My printer no longer works. A coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. But, facts r the same, printer doesn?t work anymore.

The printer is terrible. The ink cartridges that came with the printer did not work. So i thought purchasing new cartridges would work in the set up. Man, I was WRONG. Am in the process of returning the printer to Best Buy and waiting for them to ship a new printer.

I only use 564Xl ink for my HP Photosmart printer. Good quality print. Good color. Runs out too soon. Unable to purchase at my local Office Max so I decided to try online. Ink came quickly, safely packaged and ready to be used. On shelf and waiting to be used.

I have been using HP ink cartridges for 20 or more years. In that time only 2 were DOA. My wife prints art projects and can use up one color far quicker than the others. Additionally, HP has always been quick to send ink orders including an envelop to recycle used cartridges. Nice policy.

I ran out of ink cartridges and since some stores are harder to get to these days, I bought on line. I have done this previously without any issues. I did buy all colors and a photo cartridge (564 XL) but know I need to get a spare set to keep on hand.

I have been purchasing my ink cartridges from HP for many years and always felt the product was excellent and the prices compatible. I was surprised this last time of how much the cost increased. I was also surprised that instead of "Next Day Delivery" the fastest was "Next Business Day Delivery" so I had to wait 3 days this time. I had to print a return label and I had no black even though my computer said I had a new cartridge in. Not real happy this time. May God Bless

Although I haven't used this particular cartridge, I do not use any other brand from any other store except from this HP site! My printer is getting pretty old, but I baby it, and that's why I don't want to take a chance of messing it up with a cartridge that might not be as good a quality as the ones I buy on a regular basis from HP!

At the time I bought the yellow HP 564 XL, I also bought a cyan and a magenta. Unfortunately, the cyan doesn't work. I tried calling HP, but the way things are set up, it's IMPOSSIBLE to talk with a human. How can I get my cyan cartridge replaced?

I keep my eyes out for sales on these at local stores, Amazon, etc. I kept scrolling past the ad for HP because I felt they would be higher. So glad I did - prices were great and shipping was fast. Bravo HP.
