The HP 54 prints many more pages for only a fraction increase in price. Delivery is excellent at no additional charge.

I do like the way it prints. That is great. I am not thrilled that I can only get it from HP, I would like to be able to get the same cartridge from local stores. I also have a problem with my printer showing me the ink level display on my desktop every time I open my desktop from sleep mode. I have done everything it asked me to do after installing a new cartridge and it still does it.

Expired date on ink needs to be one year or more before runs out when you mail to client. The expired date on my order will run out before I can use them.

These cartridges are used in my fax machine and last a considerably long time when you see how many faxes I receive on a daily basis.

I have had a lot longer ink availability but I find that when printing full pages that the text gets lighter and the back to normal but it tends top get so light that the print is barely legible. That just kills the value of the longer life. Dissapointing.

I have tried remanufactured cartridges and almost always am disappointed. They often just don't plain work in my HP printer. The amount of ink isn't as advertised--too few pages per cartridge. Most of my work is word processing and often on a deadline. I have found that it pays to pay more for HP inks than to risk my project and my mental health with any thing else.

I'm glad to still see these in production. I was worried due to new printers that HP is coming out with. Works as advertised and the expiration date on the package is very current. I was going to order from Amazon, but read a review that they sent him 2 year old printer ink. I don't know how that effects the printing but I didn't want to waste my time or money finding out.

The worst thing about this is same for any other Genuine HP Ink Supply product; it costs too much. HP should refill their own cartridges and offer a REFURBISHED cartridge line of products, so that other iii party competitors are challenged. This would also predominate HP as environmentally conscious.

The ink is good, but I wish it was sold in stores! While I was in college, I had to try to keep at least 2 of them on hand to print school work. Since you have to purchase this ink through HP, you'll want to order a few of them at a time. other than that I found the cartridges lasted a long time..

I don't know how many times I purchased the 21 black and needed to replace it fairly quickly. When I discovered that this cartridge was another option for my printer and has 3 times more ink for only about twice the cost! I homeschool and constantly print up worksheets for my kids to use and this ink has not failed me once! If your printer is compatible, then I highly recommend this product!
