Perhaps you've had trouble with ink cartridges purchased from major retail stores; I know I surely did. In fact, I googled for answers as to why the ink just didn't work. I spent many hours with on line remedies for ink cartridges that didn't work. I actually thought I was going to have to replace my printer. When I finally purchased the origional HP ink, I just snapped it in and it printed with no problem at all. Sometimes buying ink from other retailers just doesn't pay. Thanks HP

I have been purchasing my HP ink cartridges for here for a couple of years. I have never had any problems with any of them. Delivery time and free shipping is great. Will continue to buy from HP.

Prices are about the same no matter where I checked and at least I know they are HP approved products in case I ever have a problem with my printer.

The ink is necessary and I enjoy being able to order online. My praise is for the recycling envelope for returning the empty ink cartridges. When mailing at Post Office, the employee did not know about returning empty cartridges--this information should be widely distributed and the envelopes made available for businesses and the public. Thank you for sending one to me and next order will be expected to contain another one.

The ink came the very next day, which was excellent because I had a Huge project to print for the following day, my Mother's Birthday! I only wished I'd ordered more! It was a Huge amount of printing photographs, now I'm almost out again. ;( Thank you so much for your timely delivery, for the best possible out come!

Bought 2 Combo packs on 4/23/13. Used 1 Tri-color cartridge which worked find. Just tried 1st black cartridge and it did not work. I did all the suggested fixes but nothing worked. Opened 2nd package and the black ink worked fine so it is not my printer. Need a replacement black ink cartridge.

the ink lasts a long time. Naturally the black will run out first, but I am satisfied with the length of time it lasts and the way the printing comes out.

My review on HP , always great and it always seems like i get more prints than buying it any where else. When i order i get my ink the next day and free shipping. When you call HP they speak with you with all respect. In fact my HP computer is great i trust HP, thats my view.

I've tried cheaper ink cartridges from other websites many times and they are usually either post-expiration date and don't last very long--or refills that sometimes don't work at all. It's not worth the hassle and money lost. Buy from hp.com and you'll be happy with their products!

I've used the specified ink cartridges in the printer since I received the printer at my brother's recommendation, and they work well as long as the special ink-level alert is active while the printer goes into action!

I ordered the combo pack of HP 60 on 3/5/13. Today is the 14th and I have notices saying the Tri-Color is very low. Don't know if this was a bad batch of cartridges or what, but I am extremely unhappy with this. I do not use my printer everyday and there is no reason for the Tri-color to have been used up unless it was nearly depleted before I received it. I've never had this problem before and would appreciate it if there was some way to correct this problem.

I am always amazed that I do not have to pay a lot of money for my ink. at HP I am retired and I always apprieciate and have good luck with the ink. it always does what it says and producees nice pictures and nice documents as well. I am more than satisfied. this is the 4 time I order my ink from HP.
