Extra paper tray needed because I print a lot off our financial system daily. This one was extremely easy to install on my HP m401dn printer, fit perfectly works great.

Arrived quickly and was So simple to set up. Just set the printer on top of it and configure the settings for tray3 and there you go. We get huge document packages emailed to us and we used to have to stand by the printer to refill it when it ran out of paper. Now we just start it and go away!

Adding the additional paper tray work out great, I can know have colored paper in one tray and penlty of white paper in the big tray, jobs go smothly, highly recomend this to anyone that does more than 100 pages a day or need two keep to different paper types, better than buying two printers.

The 3rd tray was installed PROFESSIONALLY and has had to be reinstalled 2 times and is still not working. The 3rd tray will not stay connected to the computer to take the commands. When requesting the 3rd tray print, either nothing works or the 2nd tray (with special letterhead) prints what is suppose to be printed from tray 3! How many times do the drives have to be reinstalled? What does it take to make this 3rd tray work correctly permanently?

Simple to install - it took longer to unpack it from the box and read install info than install it. Seriously decreases number of times needed to reload paper. A welcome addition to my home office.
