There are few, if any, units that print only black or these should always be paired with a color cartridge as well. Otherwise, musr o econd order to get full ink change set

I was really disappointed when this ordered arrived. I thought I would be saving some money by buying the value pack. However this turned out not to be the case and the product only come with one ink cartridge which is color.. Since I was trying to replace the color and black ink cartridges I now have to go back and order the black ink cartridge. I wish that it would have been noted in the description that there was only one color ink cartridge and no black.

The HP photo paper did not always go through my HP Photosmart printer. I had paper jams and other photos that had no ink on the last 3/4 inch of the 4x6 paper.

Love that for only $1 more, you get 50 sheets of 4" x 6" photo paper with the tri-color cartridge. However, I just wish that the paper came in a resealable package, maybe an envelope fold with a sticker or a Ziploc bag, which is what I ended up putting mine in. Otherwise the products are great and I love my Photosmart All-in-One e-Printer D110a. Especially love that you can print from the iPhone.

I have to say though that I was disappointed that this value pack only comes with the Tri-Color Ink. Other Value packs have all the colors including black.

I ordered some cartridges at about 9 pm MST, and they were here the next morning!! Same quality as I buy at any office place and about 30% less..free shipping too, can't beat that!!

I've bought all my printers & inks from HP. My C4780 printer is my third. I like the beautiful photo quality, as I'm a grandma who loves to show off my grandchildren. I also always use HP inks. The one I recently bought is the Value Pack because I needed 4x6 paper, & this is a good deal. I usually buy the 60 XLs because they last a long time. I also buy all my photo papers from HP--you have a variety for all my needs.

BECAUSE I USE UP MORE OF THE COLOR INK VS THE BLK, I ALWAYS PURCHASE THE #60 WITH THE 4X6 'S COMBO - IT'S JUST THE BEST VS BUYING INK & GETTING THE 4X6'S SEPARATE. IT'S REALLY ECONOMICAL. WILL SAY THIS, THE PICTURES ARE BETTER, BUT I HAVE SPENT THE HECK OUT OF INK CARTRIDGES.
