Excellent Paper
I find this paper to be excellent. I print 11x14 and 11x17 sizes and my 8 MP images come out crisp and clean.

Improvement over Premium Plus
I really missed Premium Plus Photo Satin in large cut sheets. Someone recommend this and I find it just as well matched to the Vivera Inks, with same longevity, brilliance or rich subtlety of color in final prints. The detail seems crisp. There is less paper, more synthetic in the base, making it less prone to getting crescents when handled and it's quicker drying so dust does not settle and adhere once the print is finished and its less prone to finger smear as well, yet the result shows no plastic like film over the image, quite a feat after years of RC blur from many others.

A Premium paper, but not the best
I have no idea why HP decided not to offer the Premium Plus Satin paper anymore, which I've been using for many years, but this premium is very good. They had also previously discontinued the Hahnehuhle Watercolor paper which I had used. The premium is a Lighter paper, and has a different ICC file for use with my 8750 printer, which shows a much diifferent gamut warning with Photoshop, but does get good quality prints, but I still prefer the heavier Premium Plus..
