NOT able to use 5 drawers on this printer

We where told this printer could add an extra tray 4 by sales and service then when we got the printer and tried to set it up that in fact was not the case. We ordered this printer because of that reason. Now we are stuck with a printer that we can not return even though we where given the wrong information.
