This is the best printer I have ever had. It is fast, easy to use, very few errors or issues and it is now 9 years old and still going strong! It was a bit spendy back in the day but it is a workhorse for the whole office & manages printer ink so well that I'm really glad we purchased this printer.

Every time I use this printer, I am amazed at what it can do. It does it all and the cost is very reasonable. It works fast and correctly. The quality of print is incredible even at the lowest setting (general office). I use it as my default printer, scanner, fax, copier, everything! I don't need all those extra machines. Thank you for making this wonderful printer. It even does things that HP doesn't know it can do. But don't tell anybody!

The printer is so fast that it is almost unbelievable. Quality setting at Professional is Ok. Although i was very frustrated with the first one- It did not initiate, they blamed the starter ink cartridges- I returned the whole thing and they shipped me a replacement. The second one works like a charm so far and it is faster than any laser that will cost you triple. Scanner works very well. Beware this model does not come with WIFI built in. It is WIFI ready if you buy and adapter only
