The new instant dry is a disaster when trying to print on old printers such as D7300/D7400. This paper is not as good as the old Premium Plus Glossy, not as heavy and the finish isn't up to the old paper. I still us the premium plus in 5 x 7 and 8 x 10. Since HP still makes the Premium Plus in 5 x 7's and 8 x 10's - why can't they make 4 x 6 's as well.

I had printed out some older photos on Kodak 4x6 borderless when I ran out. I wanted some replacement paper quick and my best option was ordering from HP with my Bill Me Later. The order came quick to my house. The price was reasonable and the shipping was free. But the paper doesn't meet my approval. It is thinner than the Kodak and the printing was darker even though I hadn't printed out anything between the two printing sessions. It will do the job but if I need photo printing paper again, it will be Kodak.

photo printing is expensive but saves me frustration of going to store.
