I can not find 02 CYAN ink for my D7160 printer.. I will be writing a memorandum to HD CEO and senior management soon.. I do not need the entire package of ink. I only need one (1) 02 CYAN (dark blue)..

I have a wonderful older HP printer and HP ink is no longer available in stores, so I am so glad that HP continues to have ink for it online. I can buy it on the website or telephone and speak to a person, if I have questions. It arrives quickly and I can keep working on my projects. I have always bought genuine HP ink and feel it is the very best. I just bought a new HP printer, but it is nice to have my old one, too. HP is quality!

Bought the package of multiple cartridges because it is not readily available in stores in my area and the very color I needed was low on ink in two days without much printing. Printer said replace soon!

I was glad to see HP still had 02 ink for my printer. I was told it was no longer available by my local supply store. It was on HP and I was so happy. I am careful not to buy too much at one time as the ink has an expiration period and the printer will not print with expired ink.

We bought a full set of 02 Cartridges from You as You did not list the dark Cyan We needed separately. We waited and when they arrived many Cartridges only had a couple months left before expiration. A few were a month or so longer. FULL RETAIL PRICE for nearly expired Cartridges! You of all People I relied upon to have reasonably fresh Cartridges. By the time the Cartridge Pack arrived We really needed the Printer so We were forced to use the old product. Our HP Printer would not print even though inly one Color Cartridge was out. I have not felt well, and did not have the energy to call. Pretty disappointed as these were about $80.!

The rating would be a 5 but to buy this product I also have to by photo paper with this purchase . I will admit the photo paper does provide excellent quality, But I do not need any more. I have a stack of unopened paper that I have accumulated and will never use. Each product should be sold separately.

I have a HP Photosmart C7250 all in one printer that after 6 years is still working fine. It is now almost impossible to find black or any other colors on line or locally. We were informed that HP-02 cartridges are being discontinued. Happy to receive two value packs with a earlier than normal expiration date. Disappointed that I have to purchase a new printer and HP has not notified the public, nor made a substitute cartridge.

Had to order the entire color complements for my printer as NO one carrys replacementsfor my 6280C. Went to staples ..office max..and Walmart to no avail... ultimately had to order online thru you... now the problem ...this is my 3rd multi pack and now have 3 unused yellow cartridges and 2 dark blues and 2 pinks ...do you want me to mail them back to you for credit as the only ones that run dry are black..magenta and light blue...abd those are never available individually

I am really unhappy with the recent ink cartridges I ordered and received. I put the new black ink cartridge in my printer and printed 40 one page, double spaced, letters plus 7 pages of 60 address labels when my printer warned me that the cartridge was empty. I have used this printer for years, always with this size ink cartridge and get a lot more printing that that. Frustrated, I put the second black ink cartridge in the printer - because I had more letters to print - and the printer warned me the cartridge was only half full. I have read other's complaints about almost empty HP ink cartridges ordered from other suppliers but never in a million years would I have expected that ordering from HP. How do I go about getting replacements????

They cost me $70+ and my printer is now saying now that the ink I was using was expired (it wasn't) and this ink is too low. Since my printer is no longer under warranty I can't use HP support and I've tried all the fixes. The ink is useless to me now.

I wish HP would offer the multi cartridge pack without the photo paper with a lower cost. I have tons of the photo paper from all of the purchases that go to waste. I don’t print at home. Not worth it.

It is great to know that I can always order needed supplies for my printer and not have to search for an in-stock retailer! Never had a problem. This product always gives quality prints. HP has got me covered.
