Great Card.

I don't have a single complaint about this card. I use it with a Nikon D-700 and it works great. It's the fastest card I own thus far and it works great.

Most Liked Negative Review

No improvement in write speed vs 600x

The 600x CF from Lexar reads at 90mp/s and writes at 90mb/s. The 1000x reads at 150mb/s (if you have a Lexar UDMA reader) and writes at 95 mb/s. So the 1000x is better - but, the price for a 600x 32gb = 1000x 16gb. So if it is the speed that your device writes to the card that is an issue - buy the 600x.

Happy Lexar customer

from New York, NY  -  Professional

Good price and speed. Takes a beating and keeps working. Great service replacing the occasional card that goes bad too. Not eager to go much larger (this holds 200 Nikon D800 RAW images) to keep things moving quickly when importing a shoot.

Great Deal

from New York, NY  -  Semi-Professional

I just bought a Canon 5d II and was in need of a CompactFlash Card. I never used Lexar before but Adorama had a special. I'm glad I took the chance. The card is very sturdy and very fast to upload. I would not hesitate to buy this brand over Sandisk. At this time I do not have anything negative to say about this brand or their CompactFlash card.

Very Reliable Compact Flash Cards

from Denver  -  Hobbyist/Enthusiast

I use these in my Canon 5D MarkIII and I have never had any problems with them This is the first time I have purchased the 16GB (8 GB is what I usually get) so I will be able to get more pictures on them. The read and write speeds are as advertised and I would absolutely buy these again.

Great Card.

I've always used Lexar Compact Flash cards, and never had an issue with them. So far this one is no different. I especially like the 800X speed & 16 GB capacity when shooting large files. Highly recommended.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
WILLIAM B  Highly regarded amoung professionals and reviews are are very good. The rated bandwidth (speed) is what it delivers all the time, not just burst speed. I have several, inculding the 16GB 1000x for my new Canon 7D. Works as advertized.
Shopper  will it work on d300s nikon??
WILLIAM B  Don't know enough about the Nikon D300,s to say for sure but the important question is whether the camera will recognize and work with UDMA 7. I checked the manual for my new Canon 7D before ordering. I wish I had ordered a larger one but will do that next time for sure.
Shopper  Hi, If this 1000x cf card will work on Canon 7D? Thanks.
WALLY C  I dont think 7D can use new UDMA 7. You can check your 7D manual to make sure.
