What to say about a service contract
Since it is more likely that my equipment will fail due to a mishap than manufacture defect, I thought this was an excellent choice. I'm covered even if I drop my lens or get grit in it! Contract was very easy to register.

the website does not work to do the warranty registration. After looking on line found their phone number. Called in the warranty registration. Staff does no know how to spell not even the camera manufacturer or Adorama. Email confirmation full or errors, no match to info I provided them. Lets hope I do not have to use them for repairs, because if this phone contact is anything like their repair warranty service--- then all of us that bought it the MACK warranty are doomed.

A Mack Camera drops and spills warranty is as good as gold. There are no gimmicks or gotchas in the fine print as there are with so many other third-party warranties.
Hopefully the warranty will be as good as it sounds if the need arises.

We just got this warranty,when our camera was delivered. It was easy to understand and to register. Other than that I don't have much to say since our camera is brand new and we haven't had to make any claims.
If the warranty is as good as Adorama's customer service then I'll be a happy customer - I have not used this warranty as of yet.
Great extended warranty, staff know what they are talking about, Courteous and very quick turn a round time.
Wish I had something to say - but we all know there warranties sounds good until you need them.
I have used this warranty in the past with a camera that went ary on a trip to Ecuador. Sent it in for repairs and came back brand new. So I find for a significant lens I am more comfortable taking it out and about knowing I have the accidental drop insurance that does what it says it will do!
Easy to get started online. Just remember you will need your receipt and the contract card to make a claim; so keep your records. Have not had to use it yet, so I cannot comment on the service.
