Unhappy purchase 11/9/09 needs repair

from Redwood City, CA  -  Casual Photographer

Well the camera worked great for 2 months (11/9/09). Now I have to send it in to be repaired already. It doesn't save the date and other setup features I have to re-enter the date every time I turn on the camera. It also freezes up and then it said no data (No Pictures saved)then I re-start it and the data (pictures)are there. I also can't get the pictures to transfer to my computer from the camera or from the memory card anymore. I did twice before but now not working. The 4 GB memory card that came with the package deal doesn't even have a brand name on it so now I have to buy a new one [...]. I called Nikon and they said I have to send the camera in for repair. At least I'm lucky I purchase the 2 year extended warranty that also came with the package deal I purchased.Very upset customer, I will be calling Adomara on Monday 1/18/10. I can't beleive that I have to go through this already it sucks.Evelyn McMackin1/16/2010
