this battery holds a charge longer than any other battery I have used and recharges fast.

The EN-EN4 is a outstanding battery, I use on D3
Outstanding battery I use everyday on my issued D3 and the primary camera and D300 as the secondary. The military use this product in our camera gear for long gevity when out in the field. I recommend this battery for professionals.

Always Go With Nikon
I purchased another compatible battery that fits my D2X, manufactured by another company. I have had nothing but trouble with it, so happily went back to the Nikon EN-EL4 battery. It is dependable - the charges generally last a long time and the battery is quick to recharge. Essential for a working, professional photographer.
