Can anyone comment on this camera hot having IS ? (Pani IS in a limited number of longer lenses, instead). Have owned Oly PENs with in-camera IS, so am leary that I could loose a few shots without it....
Prior to purchasing the GX1, I've had the Panasonic GF1 for 2 years - purchased originally with the 20mm lens then adding the 14-45mm IS lens. Frankly no issues that I've noticed. That said, seeing the camera as a creative tool, I've tried to learn how to use it best and compensate as needed.
Being an archtiect I shoot alot of buildings and landscapes. I do use a tripod at times.
BTW, the GX1 is a step up from the GF1. I definately notice the increased ISO sensitivity and additonal resolution. The GX1 itself has the same solid feel - and the metal body is substantial and good in the hand.
