Questions about this item:

Rhonda R  I just bought one of these, and it doesn't work. I have a Scandisk 4Gb card in the unit. Is the card not compatible?
Andrew R  The manufacturer indicates that this unit can use SD/SDHC cards up to 32 GB (can be connected to PC/Mac via USB). It's possible that; The scanner may be defective or The card is not formatted properly or The card for whatever reason is not compatible I would recommend trying a different card and if the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's product support.
Shopper  can 110 film slides be scanned if they are mounted in 2x2 frames, and if so what kind and quality of picture will come out, or would they come out chopped off?
JAMES C  You can scan any slide. The quality is dependent on how it was taken, processed and taken care of.
Chuck x  Does this convert slides and printed photos to digital or just slides and 35mm film? I am assuming that by using this it will digitize them to a CD or DVD? or does it go to a flash drive and then to the computor . Is there a video on the use of this?
ROD D  It will digitize slides, negatives, and photos. The images are put to an SD card.
