Pacific Image Prime-Film 7200U

from Bridgeport, CT  -  Casual User

My Canon 9000F is better at scanning film, the PF-7200 is better at scaning slides. The 9000F has better color. But, you need to correct the color with most scanners. I returned the PF-7200 and I am going to get the CanoScan 9000F mark II. However it is a good scanner.

Shopper  how well does it scan 35 mmslides?
STEVEN S  Don't know. The unit continually crashed my OS, so I was not able to use it.
Arlene E  will this scanner work with a MacBook Pro running 10.8.2 Mountain lion?
ANTONIO D. M  Not sure, I have windows only. I know it runs on Macintosh. Adorama is probably the best place to buy from. If you ask them I am sure they will promptly help you. Antonio
