For a lower end light it works great!

I use the light for green screen projects. I have only had the lights for a few weeks but so far they run good. They are fairly quit also compared to my JTL lights with out dimmer control, so that helps keeping the noise down with audio.

The JTL 2827 is a Superlight Body with 7" Reflector & Built-in Thermostat. It is an efficient, easy to use, dependable light for your digital, video or black/white film shooting. The light provides you with up to 1,200W of output power with a continuous variable adjuster. For safety reasons, the Superlight will turn off automatically if there is a danger of overheating and the blower will keep running to cool the light down to the regulated temperature, at which time the light will turn back on automatically.
