The JVC DT-X71C ProHD 7" AC/DC Portable Monitor (HDMI, Composite) is a professional tool for capturing footage with clarity, accuracy and then some. The screen features 1024 x 600 RGB resolution, a switchable 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio, a 900:1 contrast ratio, an NTSC/PAL color system, 400 cd/m2 brightness and then some.

The panel supports 16.7 million colors and sports a 160deg. by 160deg. viewing angle. The image can be rotated by 180deg. as well. Two user definable function keys on the front panel allow the user to save shortcuts and the monitor also has an underscan/overscan switch. Connections include HDMI, Composite and L/R stereo audio and one Composite loop through output. Two TALLY lights give "live" signals to people in front and behind the camera that shooting is going on. A user editable video title for the current camera is also available.
