Stay in my ears during running

I bought these for distance running, as other over-the-ear pairs tend to shake off as I move. I wore these successfully for a very long (3-hour) run the other day, and they stayed in place with minimal adjustment. The plastic in-ear component is helpful. The plastic is very soft and doesn't feel durable and, as others have noted, the sound quality is nothing to write home about. Also, it would be nice if the plug was 90 degrees rather than 180 degrees (i.e., sticking straight out). But they definitely get the job done for me, and the price is very affordable compared to other sports headphones.
