Kaiser 12" Mini Rotary Trimmer / Paper Cutter, with 3 Exchangeable Cutting Heads

The Kaiser 12" Cutting Ruler cuts paper, foils and film. It is a transparent pressure ruler with attached metal guide bar for the cutting head. There are three exchangeable cutting heads with a rotary blade for line cutting, zigzag cutting and perforation. This ruler features centimeter and inch scales, format markings, grid pattern, and cutting mat with scales and line-up squares.
