Nice Frame, Great Service!
It's a plastic frame with glass. But what makes this special, at least to me, is that mine was broken twice in shipment and Adorama replaced it both times quickly and with no charge. That is just awesome!

you get waht you pay for...
These are cheap plastic frames, but the glass is made of glass and occasionally either arrives broken or breaks easily in use. I use them at work for hanging motivational posters in staff-only hallways and they work OK... but just OK. Really, though- what do you expect fo this price?!?

Just What I Wanted
Good simple frame with a sleek look. We use them to frame graphic posters we collect at various events. I was pleased that good packing resulted in no damage in transit and how quickly the items were shipped.

Perfect for my Needs
This is an inexpensive, low-profile frame that was exactly what I was looking for. I could not find an inexpensive 11" x 17" frame, despite scouring many local stores. More importantly, Adorama's customer service is exceptional. The frame arrived with its glass broken. The staff at Adorama handled the matter quickly, fairly, and efficiently. I would not hesitate to buy anything from this company, as I feel secure in the knowledge that I would be treated fairly.
