Works perfectly
Mounts securely on my Sony HXR-MC1500 camera and snaps very securely onto my Sony VLT-U14 camera plate. Push the release on the cameraa plate and the camera comes off just as easily. Why are these things so hard to find? Even the Adorama support person didn't know if this would work with the Sony camera plate.

Exactly what we needed!
Purchased for school photography class and this was exactly what we needed and performed as required. Adorama had the best price and shipped promptly! We use Adorama quite often for many more products and will continue to do so!
