The Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E420s 14" Notebook Computer is a thin and light notebook computer with a 14" LED backlit display. The computer features a built-in 4-cell Lithium-Ion battery, which can power it for up to 7 hours between charges. It also sports a spill-resistant keyboard for comfortable typing and Lenovo's UltraNav system for mousing. UltraNav combines a TrackPoint and a wide multi-gesture TouchPad for precise cursor control.
