Is this so that you can hang multiple backdrops at once?
And it comes with a back drop as well?
And it collapses to go on site as well as studio?
Hi Miranda, short answer, it's supposed to be. Just know, I've had quite an issue figuring the following out with Adorama: There's a discrepancy with whether a crucial part shown in the pic/stated in the description comes with it. When I got the kit, the Triple mount bar (that's the T-bar-thingy that goes on top of the light stands so that you can then attach two or three cross-bars on top) that the description states is included and picture clearly shows, was missing from the kit. The customer svc rep I dealt said the warehouse is saying that that part doesn't come with this kit, per the manufacturer (Linco - and I checked with Linco, and they said this is not the case, that part is included with the kit). An Adorama Sales Rep told me that it does come with the triple mount bar and that it doesn't make sense that it wouldn't (as I and anyone would think). So: 1). Double check on that, 2). Note that the title can be misleading - even though it says Triple Mount, that only refers to that piece on top that "allows" you to put up to three cross-bars on it, but this specific kit only comes with two cross-bars (Linco has another kit that has the third cross-bar too, but doesn't look like Adorama carries that), and 3). You'd be better off ordering the parts separately (1. the Linco single background stand, 2. a triple mount, and 3. two additional cross bars) ... that way you'd have a full set with three crossbars (one more crossbar than this kit) ... and it ends up being the same price (a few cents cheaper actually) than the price here (just the way the separate things are priced on Adorama, at least at the time I ordered it).
I do like mine. Decent quality for a decent price. Good to start with, and the people at Linco were awesome when I called them to clarify things.
To ans the rest: No, backdrops you have to get separately. And yes, it all fits in that little bag you see in the picture (great!), so you can take it on site with you.
Best of luck :)
