Lighttools 40° Soft Egg Crate to fit the Plume Wafer 200 Lightbank

Lighttools Soft Egg crates are made from 2" (50mm) strips of nylon. Lighttools Egg Crate Fabric Grids are available (depending on Lightbank model) in ranges of 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 degree concentrated, hard-edged light when combined with the Plume Wafer system for the 22" x 30" (#75), 30" x 40" (#100), 40" x 53" (#140), and 53" x 76" sizes (#200) Lightbanks, as well as the Wafer 100, 140, 180 Hexagon and 75, 100 and 140 Lightbank Strips.

The Lighting Grid of the egg crates will add another dimension of light control to your light system. The Grid will provide a basic spot light effect and will have a sharp fall-off light pattern. The light will also be softened slightly. This narrow-spread intensifier egg crate limits the normal light spread of 120° to from 60 to 20° (depending on your choice as available) and increases the light output approximately one f-stop.
