Since I am not a computer tecky, I probably will not provide the review in technical terms. It has a good range, and we are pleased with the performance. It was extremely easy to install and connect.

I bought this wireless router to go with my new computer with Win 7 Pro. I ran the install cd and everything went smooth. It only took about 5 minutes and my system was up and running. Guest connect is a breeze when my son visits and my televisons have joined the network seemlessly. You just have to be sure to print out the login code to add new sources to the network. My main TV is 32 feet from the router. Between the two is a wall, closet and bookcase. The signal is still extremely strong without a booster. I do not know how much further the strength will continue; but, I am impressed and highly recommend this Linksys E2500 router for a strong signal at 32 feet and easy installation.

My house is not large and I wanted a basic router that didn't cost over $100 for general personal computing needs. The router NOW works as it should with no real issues. It sometimes won't connect if you have to "go through" 2 walls or 2 floors, but this is uncommon. The set up was easy, but I HIGHLY recommend that you always create a "Easy Set Up Key" with a portable flash drive before allowing any other computers in your house to connect with the WiFi. I had problems with my work laptop changing my router passwords without my knowledge. 4 hours later, I was able to resolve the problem. Simply attempting to reinstall the router will not work. The guest account may be tricky to use with older XP laptops: sometimes it will work sometimes it won't. I havn't figured out why, I assume it's a XP issue. Also, the router will not install older XP machines unless you have Microsoft Service Pack 3 successfully installed. It is working well now on my "permanent" home machines after I worked out the bugs.

As someone who has had difficulty in installing a router, I must say this one was a pleasure. The software made it possible to install in three easy steps and it began working right away, not only on my computer but also on my Nook. Plus with a password protected wireless connection, my computer is now more secure from hackers.

I know nothing about wirless set ups, this is my first one. Bought this router because it was the one I could afford.So far it works as it is suppose to ( I think ). Hope it continues to perform as it should

I bought this router to use with my new pavillion DM42181 lap top. Router will work any where in our home. Doesn't matter what room we are in. I would recemend this router to anybody.

This is a Excellent Router I Have Had This For a Couple of Weeks And So Far it is Pretty Good Wired Internet I Learned is the better way to go tho Wireless Is Excellent only if you have a good house that works good with wireless i realized wireless in my house wasint good but it wasint the routers fault tho it just the way my house is overall its a excellent router
