I like scifi shows, which have a lot of lighting effects and cgi... this tv makes it very cool to watch. I still haven't found all the different apps and features plus netflix?! Wow

Had this TV less than a year or two and the picture went out. Still have sound. After further investigation, the problem is a back led light board that needs to be replaced. Didn't expect to pay additional money on a TV so soon.

Stay away from there products mine packed up 1st time in warranty and second time out of warranty and now again.I am going to smash it in the repair center as I have bought a new one while its in for repair.

After 3 years the backlighting went out and it is completely black with the sound still on. For as much money as they are, TVs should last much longer. Very disappointed in LG and won’t purchase again

I bought this tv three years ago and as others have said on here, my tv just went to a black screen with sound! Very, very disappointing after all the money I spent on this television. As a single Mom with 4 boys this is the last thing I need to be spending money on! I will never again buy a product made by this company.

my 47LN5700 lasted 2 years, then the screen went black. From some internet research, I found hundreds of other people with the same problem: faulty backlight LED's. Because everyone's LG Tv's are failing, replacement LED's are on backorder. I will never purchase a single LG product as long as I live.

2 years and 1 month the screen goes dark. Sound still works though. Read from many others, too late, that this has been a common problem for years. No features or resolution are worth a tv time bomb that kills your investment.

Love my TV wish I bought is sooner. The only negatives for me are: I think the Magic Remote should have been part of the package. My biggest negative is the speakers point out to the sides instead of front. I have to crank up the volume because of this since the sound is dispersed away from me and the other viewers.

I have one issue I can't get Netflix to work on this TV so once I resolve this issue I will give this TV a 5 star rating instead of 4 stars on features. Picture quality is excellent. My next purchase will be a blu-ray player to go along with this unit. Now I will really see who is pretty and who just has alot of make up on.

I had been researching TVs and when I saw this one, I knew that LG was a good quality brand. When I read the features and observed the floor model in action, I knew this was the TV for me and paid a lot less than I expected for it. When I got it home, it was very easy to set up. I will stick with LG. I also love my LG G2 cell phone :

We recently bought this TV and think the picture and sound quality is great. Our only complaint is that it claims to have a 120 refresh rate, any time we watch the TV it shows that it only is refreshing at 60Hz. Sometimes during sporting events, there is some slight corruption to screen.
