I bought this TV two years ago , from the first using , opening smart menu had some lags , after 1 year and half , it's wireless module faced with problems and now can connect to a Wi-Fi network after attaching an external modem using Ethernet ! I don't now how it happens.

This is a great TV for movies. However as a sports fan it is terrible. Advertised as 240hz try motion. Is totally not true. You can not even watch fast paced football. You minds well forget about golf or hockey. Even with the tru motion detection etc.. It still is supper choppy. I have a 40 inch 60hz Samsung that looks 10x better with hockey.

excellent value all around, I liked the multiple feature options especially the smart option. The only negative is that the remote does not have any numbers to change channels and you have to recall that feature every time, but overall I like it

The visual quality of this TV, compared to my previous HD TV is stunning. It almost seems hypnotizing. It is also wonderful to have the Smart TV features and apps. I use it as a radio with Pandora and as the screen for my PS4. I am very satisfied.

The picture quality to me is excellent and the feature set is good. I like the small bezel around the picture. The 3-D seems good on some online 3d trailers but haven't watched a movie with it yet. The remote is both good and bad. It's good that its a motion sensing remote that you move around in the air and the on-screen pointer moves with it -- that makes interfacing with the tv a lot quicker and intuitive. It's bad that the remote is hard to hold because of the strange shape. The remote is silver so it's hard to see the few buttons there are. The remote doesn't have many buttons so most everything is done by on-screen menus. It makes getting at certain settings tedious because you have to drill down too many layers to get common things, like picture settings and sound settings. Also, I have a big problem with sound syncing whereby the sound via HDMI from my PC isn't synced such that the mouth and lip movements are way off from the people's actual voice -- this is very frustrating. Yes, I can go into the settings and change the sync timing but I have to do it for every recording from my Windows Media Center. And even many times within the same show. It seems to relate to pausing the playback that causes the timing issue. I've updated the firmware but it still have the problem.

Everything is absolutely excellent. Sound is very poor as it is in most flat screens today. Sound is directed out the back and has been remedied by the acquistion of a quality sound board that projects the sound out forward where it belongs. This is indicative of all the major brands. Why doesn't someone offer a built in or "add on" sound board option on the flat screen tv's? Sort of like "plug and play"

I love watching this TV. The picture is so clear and crisp I can see details I couldn't see before. I'm still trying to learn how to use all the features, but discovering all the things I can do with it is wonderful.

My new TV is making clicking noises every few minutes. Remote buttons are too hard. Sound not so great, but a sound bar corrects that.

The quality of the picture and ease of setting up this TV is simply the best out there. And the style of the TV is sleek and very stylish. I have purchased TV's from practically all the major TV/electronic product vendors and compared them all to this particular television in every aspect. By far this TV takes all the accolades. Bought this TV impulsively.. wanted something new for gaming and movies. The initial week or so it almost had a lag as the TV was used more it went away. Now the picture is perfecct, people have even said it looks too good. The 3d is great! We don't use it that often but it is a nice touch. Wifi is great, but honestly don't use the smart technology much either although its practically standard. Speakers are pretty poor but I bought a new stereo for the full experiance because I wasn't expecting them to be great anyway. I've been so happy with my TV and experiance in the past 6 months I bought a 42" for another room and will continue to buy the LG LED products going forward. Big selling point was the swivle stand- unfortunatly my 42" doesnt have the same mount but no biggie..

Great picture vibrant colors. 3D excellent remote great. Has many apps and features overall was a great buy. Only thing I see that needs improvement is I see motion blur thought at 240Hx would not have it. I have had plasmas for 4 years may be why I notice it .

This TV is so much more than I expected. The 3D just blew my mind. The TV is very stylish and is a beautiful piece of furniture as well. I don't have a complaint or suggestion on how to make it better. The best TV I have seen. Thanks LG.
